I would love to purchase a device, but I don’t have the money right now.

I am unsure about purchasing a device online, is there a way I can get a certified engineer to check on it?

You certainly can. We have dozens of independent engineers across Australia who can facilitate a cross examination of the system prior to the sale. These engineers are neutral to us, as well as yourself, so if they find anything wrong with the system they will be sure to let you know for peace of mind.


My team needs clinical training for the device. Can this be arranged?

We partner with a variety of beauty, dermal and medical training schools to provide training for any treatment at every level of qualification. Often through our partnerships the training courses are cheaper than if you were to purchase on your own. Reach out to our team and we will help your staff get qualified and ready to treat!


Once I have purchased a system, how do I organise transport it?

Transportation is entirely between the buyer and the seller, but we can refer you to a number of freight companies to organise transportation of the devices across Australia.


Do you ship overseas?

Our service is currently only available in Australia. We do however have plans to expand, so watch this space!
